The firm is highly regarded for its disputes expertise, including commercial litigation, insolvency, and construction disputes, and has an excellent reputation for providing a professional and supportive setting to their people.This is a fantastic chance for a legal secretary who is seeking a long-term, stable role in a collaborative team.About the RoleYou'll be a key support to fee earners across a wide range of litigation matters including contract disputes, insolvency, construction and property litigation.Your responsibilities will include:Drafting, amending and formatting legal documents and correspondenceFile and matter management, both digital and physicalPreparing briefs to counsel and court documentsDiary and email management, scheduling and travel bookingsMonthly billing and time entry using legal softwareLiaising with clients,



barristers and courts professionallyAbout YouMinimum 1 year experience as a Legal Secretary (senior secretaries are also encouraged to apply!)Strong skills in document preparation and time managementAbility to work independently while contributing as part of a teamProfessional, friendly approach with excellent communication skillsPrior experience using legal billing/document systems (LEAP etc.)Why Apply?
