You will work closely with operational teams to identify causes, track stock movements, and ensure accurate reporting and resolution of claims.Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing and processing claims and stock discrepancy reportsConducting data entry and maintaining accurate recordsReviewing CCTV footage to investigate stock movements and claimsWalking the warehouse floor to investigate lost stock and inventory discrepanciesFollowing up on stock locations and customer claims with relevant stakeholdersGenerating reports relating to claims, inventory,
