The Ideal candidate experience will range from Entry Level up to two years of accounts experience.About the Role:Check pre-entered consignment notes and manifests following up with depots for required informationEnsure that information entered on the system matches consignment notes before releasing for invoiceEnter cash sale invoices and follow up on paymentsAccurately enter data into the JAIX softwareManifesting consignment notesProcess Credit Card paymentsReceiving,



scanning and filing PODsPromptly answer customer's enquiries via phone and emailAbout you:To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:Solid math's and computer skillsExceptional accuracy and attention to detail skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious experience handling private informationExcellent time management and prioritising skillsIf you have proven experience, are self-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic, have an excellent work ethic and you have the ability to work independently and as part of a team we look forward to receiving your application.
Your hours of work will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (inclusive), working within Land Transport's core business hours of 7.00am to 5.00pm.
Previous experience in the Transport Industry is desirable.
