TrooCoo is seeking a Customer Complaints Consultant in Brisbane to manage end-to-end customer complaints within a team-oriented Customer Relations team.
After a two-week, full time office-based training period, the role will transition to a hybrid arrangement (50% office, 50% home).
The position is a 3-month contract with a competitive hourly rate, based in Brisbane CBD, and a standard 8:30am–5:00pm schedule, Monday to Friday.
