Cater Care is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to support our sites in the urban sector.
This full time, permanent role combines hands-on kitchen work with site management to deliver outstanding meals and a well-run operation.You will lead and develop kitchen teams, manage labour and food costs, and prepare texture modified meals where needed.
Previous kitchen or site management experience is essential, along with a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery.
