Sous Chef – full-time.

What We're Looking For
Experience in quality, high-volume restaurants or hotels.
Solid skills on grill, pans or larder and pride in presentation.
Calm under pressure, team-focused, and committed to food safety and cleanliness.
Availability across a rotating roster (days, nights, weekends).
