Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide assistance and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to live fulfilling and independent lives. Responsibilities

- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs
- Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities
- Monitor and document individual progress and behavior
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families,



and other support staff to ensure the best possible care for individuals
- Maintain a safe and clean setting for individuals

Requirements

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in childcare or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Ability to follow care plans and provide personalized support
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
