Big Loaf in O’Connor, WA is seeking an experienced Senior Pastry Chef or Pastry Supervisor to lead our pastry department. This hands-on leadership role will work alongside the team producing pastries, pies, cakes, desserts and seasonal products while developing people, improving systems and maintaining high standards.
You’ll balance hands-on production with leadership responsibilities, coach and develop staff, refine recipes, and improve workflows.
