Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

- Must have experience Employer Sponsored in 407, 482, 494, 186 visa subclass.

- Must have experience in Skilled migration 491, 189 and 190 visa subclass.

- Familiarity with case management tools such as Migration Manager, ImmiAccount, or similar software

- Have knowledge in doing all different types of Skill Assessments requirements and documentation.

- Assist Migration Agents in collecting documents, drafting application for skill assessment and visa applications

- Follow-up with client enquiries, phone,



and emails in timely manner

- We expect you to work predominantly from our Melbourne CBD office where clients often visit

- Solid attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple applications and meet tight deadlines

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients

- Ability to interpret and explain complex immigration processes to clients in a simple, clear manner
