We are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Workday Finance modules (FDM, Procure-to-pay, Order-to-cash, Record-to-report etc.) and proven track record of successful full-life-lifecycle implementations, and a strong understanding of core financial business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Business to gather, understand, and analyze requirements. Demonstrate configurations using prototyping. Unit testing the processes. Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions.
- Experience in BP Configurations / Changes, Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes.
- Manage and run Workday Major release update feature analysis, testing and coordination with business for deployment.
- Ability to identify Improvement opportunities for business and implement.

Technical Expertise & Federal SAP Requirements

- At least 10-12 years of overall IT experience
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Workday Finance domain, particularly in Workday Functional Configuration across key Workday Financials modules,



including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Budgeting and Planning, Projects, Grants, Business Assets and Inventory
- Should have good experience with Basic and advanced security. Should have basic technical knowledge.
- Experience managing medium-sized team would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
