Mounties Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager / Duty Manager to lead our Harbord Diggers Club team in Freshwater, NSW. You will oversee daily operations across Food, Beverage, Gaming, Member Services, and Kitchen, ensuring memorable guest experiences while coaching and developing the team.

Key duties include rostering, stakeholder liaison, risk reporting and continuous service improvement.
