Reset Haven is a new premium wellness spa opening soon in Scarborough, created around the idea of slowing down, restoring balance and creating space to exhale.

Inspired by bathing rituals and thoughtful hospitality, Reset Haven brings together sauna, cold plunge, private onsen experiences, massage and restorative treatments in a calm coastal environment.

We are looking for our founding Operations Manager — someone who wants more than just a management role.

This isn’t a business where you’ll inherit old systems—you’ll help design them and shape how Reset Haven operates for years to come.

You will help launch the business, build the team, create the systems and set the standard for what Reset Haven becomes.

About the role

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of Reset Haven and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.

You will oversee:

- Recruiting, training and leading the team
- Creating and improving operational systems
- Managing rosters and daily workflow
- Maintaining premium service standards
- Overseeing the full guest journey from arrival to departure
- Supporting memberships and customer relationships
- Managing suppliers, stock and daily requirements




- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with care
- Ensuring the space is always clean, calm and aligned with the Reset Haven standard
- Finding opportunities to improve operations and grow the business

You will play a key role in protecting both the guest experience and the success of the business.

You’ll work directly with a supportive ownership team who values ideas, invests in quality and gives you the autonomy to improve the business.

Salary & incentives

- $65,000 base salary + super
