Due to an internal promotion, we have a great Pre-sales Engineer role available in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. Work with a fast growth, global success story delivering technical expertise, credibility and legal operations knowledge to the sales process.

You will work with clients at the technical and C Suite level collaborating with the sales team and Senior Leader to ensure sales process rigor from a technical standpoint.

Your knowledge of mid-market or large law operations and previous experience focused on PMS will be highly regarded.

About You

- You must have min 5 years working in a similar capacity, pre-sales or implementation
- You understand the full process from discovery, design, configuration and testing to go live support.




- You have a credible and consultative sales style as the technical expert.
- Robust skills in data migration and deep knowledge of API integration.
- You can add value and expertise to the bid process.
- You enjoy strong relationships with Practice managers, Partners, C Suite including CIO/ CTO/ COO/ CFO.
- Project Management skills and or/certification ideally
