At HDR, we are delivering complex health projects with a focus on high-quality healthcare environments and advanced digital information management. As a technically focused Architect or Architectural Coordinator with strong dRofus capability, you will become the studio-wide subject matter expert and lead the management, implementation, and ongoing development of dRofus across major health projects.
The Opportunity
You will provide support and management of dRofus across the studio while contributing directly to the delivery of major healthcare and education projects. You will be the go‑to resource for project teams, ensuring effective implementation of dRofus, supporting project information requirements, and driving consistency and quality across all project data.
In This Role You Will
- Manage dRofus project setup, administration, governance, and quality control
- Support project teams with room data sheets, equipment schedules, and information management requirements
- Establish project databases and workflows aligned with client and project requirements
- Coordinate the integration of dRofus with Revit and other digital delivery platforms
- Develop standards, processes, and best‑practice guidance across the studio
- Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing support to project teams
- Monitor data quality, consistency, and compliance across projects
- Contribute to technical documentation, coordination, and project delivery activities
- Work closely with architects, designers, BIM leaders, and consultants to ensure seamless information management and coordination
- Help strengthen HDR’s digital delivery capability across healthcare and complex building projects
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Architect or experienced Architectural Coordinator
- Approximately 8+ years’ experience delivering complex projects
- Strong experience in healthcare, education, science, or other complex building sectors
- Advanced understanding of project documentation, technical coordination, and design delivery
- Proven experience using dRofus in a project delivery environment
- Experience setting up, administering, and managing dRofus databases
- Experience leading dRofus implementation on large healthcare projects – highly regarded
- Knowledge of Revit workflows and BIM coordination processes
- Experience integrating design information and project data across multiple platforms
- Solid attention to detail and information management skills
- Ability to support and train project teams
- Highly collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to champion continuous improvement
