Southern Cross Care QLD is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the care team at St Anne's Residential Aged Care Home in Broken Hill. This full time permanent position offers a competitive salary and various benefits including generous Not-for-Profit salary sacrifice options.

Your role will involve providing leadership and support, ensuring the delivery of high standards in person-centred care, and mentoring staff to foster a caring environment for residents.

We are looking for candidates with AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and relevant management experience in Aged Care.
