Join our Hospitality & Events Team

Spring Carnival is the most exciting time on the Australian racing calendar — and we're looking for experienced, high-energy Bar team members to join our casual team.

We want our guests to have a truly great day out. Your role is to deliver exceptional bar service to guests attending functions and events, enjoying our dining areas or public bars. It's big, rapid paced and great to be a part of!

Spring Carnival race days

Shifts are available from August onwards, but you'll need to be available for at least 5 of the following race days (day shift):

- Sat 19 Sept – Royal Randwick
- Sat 26 Sept – Rosehill Gardens
- Sat 3 Oct – Royal Randwick
- Sat 10 Oct – Rosehill Gardens
- Sat 17 Oct – Royal Randwick
- Sat 24 Oct – Royal Randwick
- Sat 31 Oct – Rosehill Gardens
- Tue 3 Nov – Royal Randwick
- Sat 7 Nov – Rosehill Gardens

What you'll bring

- Current NSW RSA certification
- Experience in busy bar environments (functions, restaurant bar, pubs or clubs)
- Basic wine knowledge
- Strong communication and a great manner with customers
- A quick, willing learner with high standards of grooming and presentation
- Optional 'nice to haves': cocktail making, keg and post-mix operations
