About the Role

Securecorp is currently seeking an exceptional Full‑time Security Officer to provide outstanding customer service and emergency response capabilities at a high‑profile retail site. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and professional team environment while delivering high‑quality security services to clients and the public.

The position operates on a balanced 4 days on / 4 days off rotating roster consisting of 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver qualified security services with a strong customer‑focused approach.
- Monitor, patrol, and safeguard assigned premises.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, incidents, and calls for assistance.
- Assess and mitigate risks across a range of situations.
- Manage access control and maintain secure entry and exit points.
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.




- Operate CCTV systems for monitoring and surveillance purposes.
- Perform concierge and reception duties with a qualified presentation.
- Undertake administrative duties to support site operations.

Skills & Experience

- Current Security Licence (essential).
- Current Control Room Licence (essential).
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Excellent personal presentation and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating rosters including nights and weekends.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
