Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Renovation Sales Consultant located in Cairns, QLD. The Home Renovation Sales Consultant will interact with potential clients to understand their renovation needs, provide detailed project consultations, and develop customized renovation solutions.



This role involves preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong, ongoing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

- Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build solid client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of home renovation processes and construction materials
- Ability to prepare and present detailed project proposals and cost estimates
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Experience in home renovation or construction industry is a plus
