United Fluid Power (UFP) is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our South West team. Based in Bunbury , this is a permanent full-time residential role on a 5/2 roster , with regular travel throughout the Peel and South West regions supporting refineries, mine sites and port facilities.

As a proudly WA-owned and operated business, UFP is a recognised leader in fluid power maintenance and engineering solutions across a wide range of industries.

Reporting to the South West Manager, you'll lead a skilled team, oversee day-to-day operations and deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for our customers. We're looking for a hands‑on leader with experience managing technical teams, coordinating maintenance activities,



achieving contract KPIs and fostering a solid safety and performance culture.

Duties and responsibilities

Ensure all teams follow safety systems, processes and procedures

Promote and coach high performance in work execution and enhance the technical knowledge of team members

Implement Continuous Improvement activities that support long term improvement

Support the development of the monthly revenue forecast and annual budget

Provide direction and guidance to the maintenance teams

Ensure maintenance team activities are aligned with the overall business objectives

Maintain an efficient and motivated workforce

Achieve weekly planned maintenance targets

Creation of commercial proposals for workshop and site based scopes of work

Qualifications & Experience

Computer literate with knowledge of spreadsheets, scheduling and word processing applications

Strong relationship skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders

Good time management and work prioritisation skills

Knowledge of maintenance planning principles and procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation

Ability to work in and develop a team environment
