- Department: Allied Kids Therapy Clinician

Company Description

New Graduate Occupational Therapist - Werribee Start Date: January 2027

At Allied Kids Therapy, we understand how big the transition from university to clinical practice can feel. That’s why our Graduate Program is intentionally designed to help you grow with confidence, structure, and genuine support.

Job Description

Why Join Us?

We work closely with children and families in the community, delivering practical, relationship‑based therapy that fits real family life. To do that well, we believe our clinicians need time, guidance, encouragement, and a team that truly has their back.

A calm, supported beginning: Your first weeks with us are about learning, not pressure. A three‑week induction with no client load, giving you space to learn our systems, observe sessions, ask questions, and settle in with confidence before building your caseload.

A gradual ramp-up so you’re never expected to feel “ready” overnight: We know your first year matters. That’s why we reduce your KPIs to 23 billable hours per week during your first year, so you can focus on learning, shadowing, and settling in while our team supports you every step of the way.

We trust our clinicians and value balance: Flexibility to structure your week, including work‑from‑home options for admin. Autonomy over your schedule, appointments, and travel planning

Strong clinical development and mentoring: Regular high‑quality supervision and mentoring, monthly onsite paediatric‑focused professional development, $2,000 annual PD budget, and one paid study day to support your ongoing learning journey.

Team Culture :Wedon’tjust say we have a great culture-weliveit! Enjoy a fun,

rewarding environment with regular social events that foster connection and well‑being.

Hearing your Voice: We encourage a culture where feedback is welcomed, and every team member can contribute to shaping how we work together.

What does Support mean at Allied Kids Therapy?

- Travel made easy: Getting to your clients is on us, with KM reimbursement included.
