We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained growing portfolio of approximately 80local properties, allowing you to spend less time driving and more time doing what you do best.
About the Role
- You'll manage a fast growing portfolio of around 80 properties from start to finish, including:
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Conducting routine inspections and property condition reports.
- Leasing properties, occasionally processing applications and recommending suitable tenants.
- Negotiating leases and rent reviews.
- Organising and managing home opens.
- Delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way.
About You
We're looking for someone who is positive, organised and passionate about providing outstanding service.
To be successful you'll have:
- Current WA Property Management Registration.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years Property Management experience running your own portfolio.
- Current WA Driver's Licence.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working independently while enjoying being part of a supportive team.
- Excellent computer skills, with Microsoft, Property Tree (or similar) experience highly regarded.
- Local area knowledge would be an advantage.
