MatchWorks is seeking an Indigenous Employment Mentor to support people in Workforce Australia, helping them move toward employment and build lasting relationships with employers and community groups. Training and guidance will be provided to succeed in this role.
You’ll be guiding individuals with a strengths-based approach, connecting them to services, training, and job opportunities while advocating for accessible recruitment and support throughout their journey.
