The role focuses on protected delivery of care, group-based therapies, and integration with other Mater services for youth aged 13 to 21.
You will oversee rostering, recruitment, supervision, and training of Youth Workers, Residential Support Workers, and a Clinical Nurse, including on-call after-hours support.
