Project Manager – Microsoft Technology Projects

We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our client, a fast growing company, who is ready to take ownership of projects today while building towards a Senior Project Manager career path.

You'll lead the successful delivery of technology projects across a variety of customer environments, working closely with technical consultants, customers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

About the Role

As the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to completion. You'll work across multiple customer engagements, balancing delivery excellence with commercial awareness while building trusted relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across multiple customer engagements.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and governance reporting.
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID).
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project financials and proactively manage delivery risks.
- Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
- Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope,



quality, timeline and budget.

Experience

- 4–8 years of dedicated IT Project Management experience.
- Proven experience independently delivering end-to-end IT projects.
- Solid project planning, governance, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing RAID logs and project reporting.
- Hands‑on delivery experience across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approach to delivery.

Previous consulting experience, with the ability to work across different customers and environments, will be highly regarded.
