About the Role

Based in our Southbank office, the newly created position Senior Commercial Manager (Property), will lead the commercial function for McNab Property and will report to the Executive Head of Property.

The role will provide strategic commercial leadership across the property development portfolio, ensuring risk-adjusted financial performance and robust governance through commercial assessment, capital allocation and management, and risk management.

- Provide strategic commercial leadership across the property development portfolio.
- Drive risk-adjusted financial performance through commercial assessment, capital allocation, funding management and risk management.
- Build, review and validate development feasibilities, financial models, and funding strategies.
- Lead scenario and sensitivity analysis to test project viability and improve returns.
- Manage CAPEX budgets, portfolio funding tables and capital deployment reporting.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual cash flow forecasts.
- Assess and structure debt, capital raising and financing solutions for development projects.
- Prepare funding submissions, investment memoranda and executive papers.




- Work closely with internal leaders, financiers, legal, valuers, agents and external advisors.
- Present commercial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

About You

- Degree in property economics, finance, commerce or a related discipline
- 8+ Years' relevant experience and professional membership/s (e.g. API, RICS, CA/CPA) well regarded
- Advanced Excel and development feasibility software (e.g. EstateMaster/ARGUS)
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable in the detail - operates at both levels
- High attention to detail and financial discipline
- Explicit communicator - able to distil complex analysis into a one-page recommendation
- Commercially pragmatic with a risk-aware mindset
