ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist driving a customer‑centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction.
- Apply your commercial acumen to elevate the store performance.
- Support with the execution of visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sale opportunities are leveraged.
- Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators in a high‑performance culture.
- Work with store leadership to drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back‑of‑house administration.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Excitement for the new product offering – you’ll be selling it so you need to like it!
- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in fast‑paced retail environment.
- An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s in line with budgets.
- An eye for detail, with a talent for visual merchandising and expressing your creativity.
- Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
