Job Description
- Manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports in line with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory obligations.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial improvements.
- Support audits and liaise with auditors to ensure seamless audit processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7 years experience in a Finance Manager position
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations within the health industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
