An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital growth outcomes across a portfolio of brands. This is a hands‑on leadership role, owning performance across SEO, SEM and supporting channels, with a clear focus on converting traffic into high‑quality sales leads.

A key part of the role will be leading SEO‑focused website migrations as the organisation moves to a new composable technology stack as part of a broader digital transformation program.

Your role

- Lead and develop a specialist digital team (local + offshore), setting clear expectations and driving accountability
- Own performance and ROI across SEO, SEM and supporting digital channels
- Diagnose performance issues and prioritise high‑impact work to improve lead volume, lead quality and conversion
- Own the SEO migration strategy (risk management, performance protection, and post‑launch recovery)
- Partner with internal stakeholders (developers, agencies, Sales, Campaigns)



to ensure digital delivery aligns to business outcomes
- Maintain strong tracking integrity and measurement best practice (GA4, GTM)
- Build reporting that drives decisions and action - not just visibility

What we're looking for

- Significant demonstrated experience in digital growth/performance with clear outcome ownership
- Strong capability across SEO + SEM (essential)
- Demonstrated experience leading or managing SEO site migrations
- Confident people leader who can build capability and momentum
- Highly data‑driven, commercially minded, and action‑oriented
- Ecommerce / conversion optimisation experience highly regarded
