We are seeking a Logistics Executive to join our Supply Chain & Operations team across Australia & Current Zealand. Sitting at the intersection of operational rigour and client experience, you will oversee end-to-end logistics across 16 stores, ensuring every product arrives with the same exactness with which it was created.

Job responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, lead‑time monitoring, and service partner performance across Australia and New Zealand.
- Coordinate with regional warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
- Verify import and export entries for accuracy across HS codes, duty rates, GST, INCOTERMS, and all relevant documentation.
- Ensure CITES compliance and conduct customs reconciliation in line with Australian and New Zealand regulatory requirements.
- Partner with store teams to optimise daily stock deliveries, product rebalancing,



and end‑of‑season retrieval.
- Coordinate logistics for recent product launches and exclusive Maison events.
- Support stocktake operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the supply chain function.

Profile

- Demonstrated experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Understanding of Australian customs regulations and import/export compliance.
- Experience with SAP and a retail environment is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical capability.
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with composure.
