About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialise (Marketing Manager) to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and foster cross-department collaboration. This role includes leading a small marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. It offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the company’s marketing strategy and presence in the Australian solar market.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a marketing team of 5, fostering collaboration, performance, and professional development.
- Strategy & Budgeting: Develop and implement marketing plans that align with promotional cycles and deliver measurable ROI.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital platforms to maintain a cohesive brand identity and enhance online engagement.
- Creative Content: Create compelling visuals, videos,



and marketing collateral to support campaigns and events.
- Events: Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to maximize brand exposure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives support company objectives.

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience leading and developing a small team
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms, brand communications, and event management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across teams
- Experience in the solar or clean energy sector is a solid advantage
