EML is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business. The Case Manager role in our National Self-Insurance unit supports injured workers and employers through recovery and return-to-work journeys.
This permanent, full-time position is based in Parramatta with up to 3 days of work from home per week. You will manage a portfolio of claims, provide early intervention, and deliver a customer-focused experience while ensuring compliance and best-practice guidelines.
