mySleep is a growing independent sleep healthcare provider, delivering diagnostic sleep testing and CPAP therapy.

We are looking for a Mobile DVA Representative to join our team in a full-time role supporting Australian veterans in their own homes.

This is a highly autonomous, patient-focused position where you will take ownership of an assigned patient portfolio and manage the complete patient journey and make a difference in Veterans lives.

About the Role

As a Mobile DVA Representative, you will provide personalised sleep health services across metropolitan and regional Queensland.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering in-home sleep testing, CPAP setup, patient education and ongoing therapy support.

Guiding patients through their complete treatment journey and supporting long-term adherence.

Interpreting sleep study results and CPAP data and providing clear, tailored recommendations.

Conducting mask fittings, pressure adjustments and troubleshooting therapy challenges.

Providing consistent, professional follow-up and maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Communicating confidently and compassionately with older people and veterans who may have complex health, mobility, hearing or communication needs.

Managing your assigned patient portfolio and taking ownership of patient follow-up and outcomes.

Managing your daily schedule, appointments and travel while working closely with the central administration and scheduling team.

Travelling regularly throughout metropolitan and regional areas, with occasional overnight stays required.





Maintaining accurate patient records and completing DVA administrative requirements.

Maintaining your vehicle, clinical equipment and stock in an organised and professional manner.

Building strong, long-term relationships with veterans, carers, referring doctors and healthcare professionals.

Identifying clinically appropriate opportunities to improve therapy outcomes, adherence, patient retention and service delivery.

Contributing to agreed patient, service and business performance KPIs

About You

You will be an experienced CPAP qualified who combines strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.

Minimum 2 years' experience in CPAP.

Demonstrated clinical knowledge and the ability to confidently guide and support patients.

Experience interpreting sleep study results and CPAP data.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Experience in sales, retail or customer service, with the ability to recognise appropriate opportunities to support patient needs.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective communication with a central administration and scheduling team.





Ability to manage a patient portfolio and take ownership of patient follow-up and outcomes.

High level of computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot common technology issues.

Strong attention to detail, initiative and a commitment to professional development.

Comfortable undertaking regular metropolitan and regional travel, including significant time driving between appointments and occasional overnight stays.

Comfortable working within patients' homes and adapting professionally to different home environments.

Physically capable of carrying CPAP equipment, sleep-study equipment and stock into patients' homes, including using stairs where required.

A patient, compassionate and confident communication style, particularly when working with older people and veterans.

Highly regarded:

Tertiary qualifications in a health or science-related field.

Experience in diagnostic sleep testing.
