An excellent opportunity is available for an Assistant Strata Manager or Junior Strata Manager to join a modern and growing body corporate management business based in Brisbane’s inner north.

The portfolio can be tailored depending on experience, making this a great opportunity for someone who is ready to grow their career in strata management while receiving genuine support and guidance.

The Role

Working closely with senior team members and internal support, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the management of body corporate schemes
- Assisting with committee communication and owner enquiries
- Preparing agendas, minutes, correspondence and meeting documents
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors, compliance and insurance matters
- Attending committee meetings and general meetings
- Assisting with budgets, levies and financial administration
- Managing day-to-day body corporate correspondence
- Learning and applying Queensland body corporate legislation
- Building strong relationships with committees, owners, contractors and stakeholders
- Gradually taking on more portfolio responsibility as your confidence develops

About You





This role would suit someone with experience as an Assistant Strata Manager, Strata Administrator, Body Corporate Assistant, Junior Strata Manager or Strata Community Manager.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in strata, body corporate, property or real estate administration
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A professional and proactive approach
- Confidence liaising with owners, committees and contractors
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in strata
- Knowledge of Queensland body corporate legislation will be highly regarded

Experienced Strata Managers are also encouraged to apply, as the portfolio can be adjusted depending on capability.
