About the Role
As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be responsible for driving membership growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the club.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct club tours and convert enquiries into memberships
- Build strong relationships with members and prospects
- Follow up leads and manage enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain a clean, safe,
and welcoming club environment
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach
- Support member retention through engagement and service
About You
- Confident, outgoing, and people-focused personality
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
Availability
- 15–20 hours per week (mainly Saturday's & Sunday's)
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
