Our client is seeking a Sonographer for a full-time position. The practice is open to discussing part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- perform a broad range of general ultrasound examinations: abdominal, obstetric, gynaecological, musculoskeletal, small parts and vascular studies
- Deliver accurate, high-quality diagnostic images in line with clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and liaise professionally with referring GPs and specialists
- Ensure equipment and workspace comply with infection control and safety standards
- Provide a high standard of patient care and communication throughout each scan

What you'll need

- ASAR accreditation (or eligibility) and current registration
- Sonography qualification (DMU, MMU or equivalent)
- Experience across general ultrasound modalities
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
