Infinite Care in Tweed Heads is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to lead roster management for day, afternoon and night shifts at our care home. This role reports to the General Manager and ensures staffing stability for residents, families, and visiting health professionals.

You will coordinate direct, contracting and labour hire staff, train users of our timekeeping system, and backfill shifts as needed to maintain 24/7 operations.
