The Role

As a Strata Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of body corporate communities while building strong relationships with committee members, owners and contractors.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of residential strata schemes
- Preparing and attending committee meetings and AGMs
- Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
- Managing budgets, insurance claims and compliance
- Providing exceptional service to committee members and owners
- Building long-term client relationships

About You

We're looking for someone with:

- Previous experience in residential property management, strata management or body corporate




- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration (or willingness to obtain if required)
- Current driver's licence
