We are seeking a driven Retail Operations Co-ordinator to enhance and support operational excellence across our retail business. In this critical role, you will act as the bridge between our support office and retail stores to ensure the seamless and efficient daily functioning of our stores.

Reporting to the Head of Retail Operations, your primary objective will be to establish, standardise, and optimise processes across physical stores and ultimately driving efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional client experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Operational Excellence: Assist in designing and implementing current workflows, and work with L&D; to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and messaging within stores.

Inventory & Loss Prevention: Assist in retail stock integrity initiatives, manage cycle counts and stocktakes, and implement stricter stock handling practices to minimise loss in conjunction with supply chain.

Technology Management: Assist in the roll out of store technology including Shopify POS, Netsuite, Cin 7, Kepler, Acuity,TRS (The Retail Score), Ticked Off and Brauz.

Project & Store Management: Assist with retail projects, coordinate new store openings, and manage the store maintenance.

WHS Compliance: Oversee workplace health and safety by executing quarterly compliance audits, managing accurate incident records, and enforcing relevant regulations.

Purchasing: Ordering store supplies.

Store Support: Call center help desk for retail stores.





Store Maintenance: Manage and approve maintenance requests.

ABOUT YOU

Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in a retail operation role with a proven track record improving procedures.

Core Capabilities: You are a natural problem-solver with strong planning, organising, and time management skills tailored to a fast-paced retail environment.

Communication: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and align cross-functional stakeholders and store teams.

Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail when it comes to inventory control, visual merchandising, and transaction accuracy, paired with sound judgement for decision-making.

Technical Skills: You are proficient in retail project management and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Bonus: A Degree in Business, a background in jewellery, or existing knowledge of platforms like Cin7, Kepler Analytics, CRM platform, Netsuite, or The Retail Score will be highly regarded.
