Belgravia Leisure is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for the NSW Moss Vale Aquatic Centre. The role focuses on coordinating daily operations, safety and high-quality service delivery, while leading Duty Managers and Lifeguards.
The ideal candidate has extensive aquatics experience, strong leadership, and holds First Aid, CPR, WWC and Police Checks. The role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings and weekends in a community-focused workplace.
