Position: Chef (Full-Time) Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Planning menus and assisting with the development of new menu items.
- Monitoring food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and high standards.




- Managing food stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Supervising and training kitchen staff when required.
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.

Skills and Experience

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Chef.
- Relevant culinary qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
