YOUR ROLE

Based at our Truganina VIC offices (hybrid working), we’re seeking a confident and experienced Property Manager to assist in leasing, sourcing and management of a designated property portfolio within CEVA ANZ.

Specifically, you’ll:

- Manage day-to-day operations of your property portfolio, including accounting, landlord and business relations, sourcing, maintenance and repair
- Conduct regular market research along with supporting agencies to provide commercial advice on portfolio optimisation and for future growth of portfolio
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, monthly reporting and performance of the property portfolio
- Work closely with business development / account management teams to support short- and long-term property requirements
- Achieve compliance with all company policies / procedures, HS&E; and other legislative requirements.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate has experience gained in agency and/or client-side property management (ideally industrial or commercial) and specifically:

- Experience in some or all of: sourcing new properties, lease management,



property negotiations and facilities management for preventive maintenance
- Experience or understanding of P&L; management and ability to work with business partners to maximise performance
- Ability to read, understand and interpret commercial RE contracts, terms and relevant legislation
- Strong communication, stakeholder and influencing skills; sound commercial acumen.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
