We are looking for a Centre Manager for our Victorian locations , responsible for the overall day-to‑day running of the centrse and ensuring a welcoming, high-quality learning workplace for all.

About the Role

This is a key position within the centre, with a strong focus on:

- Managing parent communication and building positive relationships with families
- Creating warm, engaging centre environments and vibe for students and staff
- Overseeing the daily operations to ensure sessions run smoothly and efficiently
- Supporting tutors and working collaboratively as part of a wider team
- Maintaining high presentation standards across the centre

This role is FULL TIME and requiresflexibility to travel to other centres if required .

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive,



and genuinely enjoys working with people. Ideally, you will demonstrate:

- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with parents and students
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, energetic approach to creating a great centre culture
- Willingness to support across multiple locations when needed
