Ilim College is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Counsellor to join our Dallas Primary Campus . About the Role

As the Counsellor, you will:

- Provide individual and small-group counselling to primary students.
- Support student wellbeing through early intervention and preventative programs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, leadership, and families to promote positive student outcomes.
- Assist with wellbeing initiatives, behaviour support, and crisis response where required.
- Maintain accurate case notes and ensure confidentiality in accordance with professional standards.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.

About You

The successful applicant will have:

- Relevant qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with children and young people, preferably within an educational setting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.




- A strong understanding of child development, mental health, and student wellbeing.
- A commitment to the Islamic ethos and values of Ilim College.
