Vehicle Assembler Role
This is a hands-on role that is key to keeping the workflow running smoothly. Getting it right matters, so we're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in presenting every vehicle to the highest standard especially in the critical final stages before return to our customers.
Prior experience in smash repair vehicle assembly is required and preferred. Though, we'd love to hear from panel beaters or others trades with transferable workshop skills who are looking for a change.
What you'll be doing
Disassemble vehicles ready for panel repair and refinishing.
Refitting Vehicle components, trim, interior components with care and precision
Conducting a quality and function check on each vehicle before handover
Working closely with the panel beating and spray painting teams to keep production flowing smoothly
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Following established processes, procedures and best practice.
What we're looking for
Experience with vehicle components, panels, trims, and interior work - or robust transferable skills from a panel beating or automotive workshop background
High attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
A methodical and organised approach to your work
Someone who communicates openly and works well with those around them
Reliable, consistent, and someone the team can count on
An understanding of workshop flow and how your role connects to the bigger picture
