Bendigo Health is seeking a Safer Together Program Improvement Lead to drive regional quality and safety initiatives across the Loddon Mallee Health Services Network. The role focuses on applying improvement methodologies, coaching clinical teams, and using data to inform sustainable change.

This fixed-term, part-time position offers hybrid work with in office collaboration days and is open to internal and external candidates.
