Dementia Support Australia, in partnership with HammondCare, is seeking a Dementia Support Coach to deliver hands-on, evidence-based support across diverse care settings. The role involves in office visits, remote support, modelling and reflective dialogue to build workforce capability in respite dementia care.

You will collaborate with staff, leaders and stakeholders to ensure relevant, context-specific support, aligning with service needs and DREAM modules.
