What you'll be responsible for

- Managing student onboarding and progression through the RPL process
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to students
- Coordinating with RTO partners and internal teams
- Monitoring student outcomes, satisfaction, and completion rates
- Identifying opportunities to improve the overall student experience
