The Facility:

Hepburn House is a 106 bed Aged Care Facility including a new extension including a 15 bed specialised Memory support area. Its management is based on a person centred model of careand is rainbow tick accredited. Residents at Hepburn House are empowered to have choices and make decisions regarding their care and influence the management of the home they live in. The company is progressive and recognises the changing needs of the ageing population and haveadapted their systems and management to suit.

The Role:





We are specifically seeking a dedicated and experienced RNIC to manage the newly built 46 bed's including dementia specific area. Must have the understanding and skills to support all staff on morning shift and assist in the leadership of a multidisciplinary health team and its daily environment. Must have the knowledge of current Aged Care Stadards. To be successful for this role, you must have current APRHA and also have:

- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to influence people in care teams
- The ability to maintain robust clinical case management systems
- A passion for truly making a difference in the lives of the residents.
