Uniting in Cranbourne, Victoria, invites applications for a Complex Needs Specialist Practitioner. You will provide holistic case management to families of children with complex disability needs, supporting safety, wellbeing and stability.

You will undertake therapeutic assessments, develop individualised Family Action Plans, and assist families to navigate the NDIS while advocating for appropriate supports.
