At BBC Painting , you’ll work on some of Australia’s largest and most recognised commercial construction projects — including high-rise towers, hospitals, schools, shopping centres, industrial facilities and multi-million-dollar developments.

With operations across multiple states and a reputation built over 30+ years, we’re continuing to grow rapidly and are looking for a driven, detail-focused Estimator to join our expanding team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Measuring large-scale commercial projects
- Preparing accurate Bills of Quantities
- Reviewing drawings, finishes schedules, specifications and tender documentation
- Using Bluebeam Revu for detailed measurements
- Managing addendums, variations and scope changes
- Liaising with builders, clients and internal teams
- Raising RFIs and assisting with tender submissions
- Supporting multiple projects across a dynamic national business
- Updating project information within our CRM systems
- Any other duties as directed by your Supervisor

What We Are Looking for:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in estimating or a similar role
- Robust understanding of commercial construction documentation
- Ability to interpret drawings, scopes, finishes and specifications accurately




- Experience using estimating software Bluebeam Rev
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Team-focused attitude with a willingness to support others
- Painting or construction industry experience highly regarded
